Returns
· We accept returns within 4 days from the date of delivery.
· The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
· Customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
· Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
· Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Exchange
· You may request an exchange within 7 days if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong.
· Exchange is subject to product availability.
